Do we have to switch our existing software or website?
No. TerminJet is embedded into your existing website as its own booking flow and adds waitlist and recovery on top. Your website, your domain and your workflows stay.
Is this GDPR-compliant? Is there a data-processing agreement?
Hosting runs in a German data centre at Hetzner, sensitive data is stored encrypted, and we sign a data-processing agreement with you under Art. 28 GDPR.
Are we even allowed to message customers on WhatsApp?
Only with consent, and that is exactly how TerminJet works. Consent is collected and documented when someone joins the waitlist. Without it, no offer goes out.
