Does TerminJet plan rooms and therapists at the same time?
Yes. A treatment appointment is only offered when both the therapist and the room are free at the same time. Rooms are their own resource and are checked on every booking.
Can I map whole treatment series and packages?
Yes. The physio template supports series appointments and package bookings. Connected treatments are planned as a unit, including a progress overview.
Can patients reschedule appointments themselves?
Yes, within your rules. Rescheduling and cancelling are possible up to 24 hours before the treatment appointment. After that, your team takes over again.
What happens to cancelled treatments?
Freed treatment appointments are automatically offered to suitable patients on the waitlist. That way you win back cancellations instead of losing revenue.
Are there buffer times between appointments?
Yes. By default there are 10 minutes of buffer between treatment appointments for changeover, documentation and preparation. The buffer time is adjustable.
Who sets up the system?
TerminJet is built and supported by a digital agency in Germany. We configure the appointment logic, rooms and copy, integrate your website and, on request, set up branding and custom adjustments.
