What's the difference between Start and Pro?
Start brings the industry template as it is onto your domain — the fastest way live, without branding and without development, with 1 embedded form. From Pro we customize branding and the engine to your business, you get up to 3 forms and code maintenance.
What does "development hours on demand" mean?
On Pro and Scale we build custom changes and features into your instance on request — billed by actual effort at €100/hr (Pro) or €80/hr (Scale). You decide whether and how much gets built.
Why a setup price?
We set up the template, engine rules and the integration into your website and put your instance into operation — instead of leaving you alone with an empty account. The setup is one-time.
Is this SaaS software or our own?
You get your own, isolated instance on your domain, hosted at Hetzner in Germany. No shared portal, no marketplace commission — it is your solution, whose code we maintain.
Do you also do marketing or Google Ads?
No. We are a software agency, not a marketing provider. We build, customize and maintain the product — advertising and lead acquisition are not part of our offering.
Am I locked in long-term?
After the minimum term the monthly fee is cancellable monthly. The setup stays one-time, and you get a full data export if you switch.
