The part that actually moves money runs on its own.
Any tool can take a booking. The TerminJet engine handles what comes after: it spots cancelled appointments, ranks your waitlist by the right criteria and offers the freed slot to the right person, before anyone reaches for the phone.

Every unfilled slot is lost revenue that does not come back.
- 5-15%
- typical cancellation and no-show rate at appointment based businesses
- < 60sec.
- from the cancellation to the replacement offer going out
- 24/7
- the engine keeps working at night and on weekends too
- 0
- calls needed to refill a freed slot
A cancelled appointment on a Wednesday morning
The same event, two worlds. On the left today's effort, on the right with the engine.
- The cancellation lands in the calendar, and the slot simply stays empty.
- Someone at the front desk would have to work through the waitlist and call people one by one.
- Most of the time that does not happen in time. The slot expires.
- Waiting patients never find out that something opened up at short notice.
- The cancellation sets the slot to "free" automatically and starts the recovery.
- The engine ranks the waitlist by fit, waiting time and reliability.
- The best person gets an offer right away over WhatsApp or SMS.
- Once they say yes, the slot is booked, without a single call.
"Cancelled" instantly becomes "refillable"
As soon as an appointment is cancelled, by the team, online or via a customer's WhatsApp reply, the slot moves into the recovery state. The person who cancelled is flagged for a replacement appointment at the same time, instead of simply being shown the door.

A waitlist that thinks, not just a list
The engine does not sort by "who came first". It scores every waiting person across several factors and proposes the best fit by expertise and timing, transparently and traceably.
The offer goes out where it gets read
Instead of a call no one picks up, the right person gets a short message over WhatsApp or SMS. If they reply "yes", the appointment is reserved. If they do not reply, the next person moves up automatically.

From cancellation to rescued slot
Four steps that run without your involvement, but under your rules and with your approval wherever you want it.
Logic that fits real businesses
Recurring appointments & auto-roll
Recurring sessions on a fixed day and time. If a recurring slot stays open too long, it rolls into the next week automatically, so nothing gets lost.
Rule-based rescheduling
Deadlines, buffer times, room and resource logic. Customers reschedule themselves, but always only within the rules you have set.
Online alternative instead of cancelling
On a cancellation the engine can optionally ask for an online appointment. If that works, nothing gets cancelled at all, and the revenue stays.
Multiple locations & teams
Routing by location, role and appointment type. Round-robin and multi-provider logic are part of the model, not a workaround.
Reminders up front
Automatic reminders cut no-shows before they happen, with a reply option right in the chat.
You keep the final say
The engine proposes, you decide. Nothing goes out without the logic you have approved, no black-box automation.
The engine is yours, and it can be rebuilt
The default logic is a starting point, not a corset. Which signals count how much, which rules are hard and which appointments go to which group, we adapt to your business. If that is not enough, we build new features straight into your instance, engine capabilities are extended to fit your needs, not taken off the shelf.

What the engine decides with, and what you add
Absences & holidays
Enter holidays or absences for providers, staff or candidates, and the engine never proposes someone who is not available, and plans recurring series around them.
Reliability
Past cancellations, no-shows and response behaviour feed into the ranking, so scarce slots go to the most reliable contacts.
Availability & time windows
Who can make it when, morning or afternoon, school-child rules, online suitability, only genuinely fitting contacts get an offer.
Urgency & waiting time
Acute cases and long-waiting people are weighted higher, fairly and traceably.
Your own criteria
Private vs. public billing, indication focus, regular customers, whatever matters to you, we take into the logic.
Extensible
If a signal is missing, we add it. The engine's capabilities grow with your needs instead of being fixed in advance.
Watch the engine work
Each animation shows a real mechanism of the engine, from refilling and scoring to recurring auto-roll.

Slot recovery end to end: cancelled appointments wait here with the engine’s best candidates. Every refill starts on your say-so, nothing goes out on its own.

A ranking you can follow: for every open slot the order is set, with score, waiting time and reliability. The offer goes to No. 1, and on to No. 2 automatically if declined.

The full WhatsApp conversation: offer, reply buttons and a personal confirmation link, documented in the thread for the team to follow.

Every completed refill with its outcome: filled or given up, with practitioner, service and time. Your gap history, in black and white.

Every practitioner and location at a glance: series, single appointments and open gaps colour-coded, each cancellation clickable through to its refill.

Holidays and absences are planned in: on days off the planner offers no appointments, and no one is booked into an impossible slot.
Your workflow should not adapt to the calendar. The calendar should adapt to your workflow.
Common questions about the engine
Does the engine send messages to my customers automatically?
Only within the scope you approve, and only to contacts with documented consent. You can keep every step manual or automate it, the engine proposes, the control stays with you.
What criteria is the waitlist sorted by?
By fit (treatment type, indication, focus), availability for the slot, waiting time, urgency and reliability. The weighting is set to your industry and your business during setup.
What happens if no one responds to an offer?
The offer expires after an adjustable deadline, and the next fitting person moves up automatically. No slot is left sitting because of it.
Does this work for recurring appointments too?
Yes. Recurring slots are handled separately: paused or returning people are proposed first, and a recurring slot left open too long rolls into the next week automatically.
