Booking for therapy practices, data held in Germany, per practice, no marketplace
You are looking for practice software for therapists with data protection and servers in Germany. TerminJet gives you your own, separated instance: hosted in German data centres, sensitive data AES-256 encrypted, white-label on your practice domain. No shared platform, no public marketplace.
GDPR booking for the therapy practice with EU hosting
Operated in German data centres run by Hetzner, ISO 27001 certified. EU data protection law, no data transfer to third countries by default.
Name, phone number, email, date of birth and free-text notes are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, not in plain text.
Each practice runs in its own, separated data world. Your patient data does not sit in a shared pool with other practices.
Reminders and waitlist offers only go to patients with recorded consent. Every consent is traceable and revocable (GDPR Art. 6).
As the implementing agency we provide the DPA and support you with the record of processing activities and the deletion concept.
Every change to appointments, contacts and offers is logged: who, what, when. Accountability is built in, not bolted on.
Your own instance instead of an account on someone else's portal
With 321 MED, Samedi and similar solutions, many therapists pay close attention to where the data sits and whether the practice controls its own data. TerminJet follows the same path consistently: you do not get a rented row in a shared database, but your own, isolated instance on a server in Germany, operated under your domain.

Data protection that fits the therapy routine
Data-minimal intake form
The embedded form only captures what is needed to assign an appointment. No reason for treatment in plain text, no unnecessary mandatory fields.
Neutral reminders
Reminders by WhatsApp or SMS stay discreet and name no treatment details. The appointment does not look like an open booking.
Waitlist fills empty hours
If someone cancels at short notice, TerminJet offers the free hour by rule to waiting patients with consent, without chasing calls.
Your own appointment types
Initial consultation, trial session, individual therapy, follow-up and video session as their own types with the right duration and their own rules.
Clear cancellation deadlines
Reschedule and cancel up to a set deadline, for example 48 hours. Fair rules, communicated transparently, fewer no-shows.
Server-side processing
Sensitive fields are only briefly decrypted server-side, for instance when sending a message. Plain text never reaches the browser or the log.
Your own instance vs. a shared platform
321 MED and Samedi are established solutions for practices. The point here is not better or worse, but a different model: TerminJet runs per practice on your own domain, instead of as an account in a shared environment.
| TerminJet · Your instance | Shared practice platform | |
|---|---|---|
| Data storage | own instance per practice | often a shared environment |
| Server location | Germany (Hetzner) | depends on the provider |
| Brand & domain | your own | the platform's |
| Encryption of sensitive fields | AES-256 at rest | depends on the provider |
| Slot recovery on cancellation | ||
| Setup by a German agency | mostly self-configuration | |
| Full data export when you switch | depends on the provider |
A session cancelled at short notice on a Tuesday morning
What happens to a freed-up therapy hour when data protection has to be right and nobody wants to chase calls.
- The cancellation lands on the answering machine, the hour goes unused
- Patient data sits scattered across calendar, email and sticky notes
- Reminders name needlessly many details or never arrive at all
- When switching provider it is unclear how you get your data out
- The free hour is automatically offered to suitable waiting patients with consent
- All contact data sits encrypted in your own instance in Germany
- The reminder goes discreetly by WhatsApp or SMS, without treatment details
- You can export your data in full at any time
Common questions about data protection and hosting
Where is my therapy practice's data held?
In German data centres at Hetzner. The default is EU hosting with no data transfer to third countries. You get your own, separated instance instead of an account in a shared pool.
How is sensitive data protected?
Name, phone number, email, date of birth and free-text notes are stored encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Plain text only arises briefly server-side when sending a message, never in the browser and never in the log.
Is TerminJet a portal like a public marketplace?
No. TerminJet runs white-label on your own practice domain. There is no public marketplace, no competitor ads and no shared profile page. Patients stay with you.
How does this compare to 321 MED or Samedi?
These are established solutions. The difference is in the model: TerminJet is your own instance per practice on a server in Germany, set up by a German agency, and on top of that automatically refills hours freed at short notice from the waitlist.
Do I get a data processing agreement?
Yes. As the implementing agency we provide the DPA and support you with the record of processing activities and the deletion concept. That way the GDPR documentation for your practice can be mapped out cleanly.
What happens to the data if I switch or stop?
You receive a full export and the data is deleted as agreed. No holding back, no export fee. It is your data.
