Does your online booking sync with your practice software? Yes, here is how
Before you buy, you want to know: do online appointments land cleanly in your PMS, or does reception retype everything twice? TerminJet runs white-label on your own domain and syncs appointments with medatixx, CGM, Dampsoft and other systems. Where an open interface is missing, we solve the sync in a planned way, without double entry as a permanent state.

Which practice software we connect to
The honest answer up front: there is no single open standard that every PMS hangs on. What is technically possible depends on your specific system, your version and your module package. In the audit we check exactly that for your practice, instead of promising a blanket yes.
An interface where possible, clean sync where needed
Many providers dodge the question. We do not. TerminJet is iframe-first: the booking form sits on your site and feeds the engine. For your PMS there are three realistic paths, and we clarify which one applies to you in advance and put it in writing for you.

Your own domain instead of a portal profile
Booking portals solve visibility, not patient retention. TerminJet runs as your own instance on your domain. The comparison is meant factually, both models have their place.

What actually takes load off reception
Real appointment types
First consultation, check-up, screening, acute consultation or private appointment, each appointment type with its own duration, lead time and availability.
Less double entry
Appointments land via interface or calendar sync where your team needs them. No parallel upkeep of online calendar and PMS.
Automatic reminders
A reminder via WhatsApp or SMS lowers the no-show risk. Experience shows around 5 to 15 percent fewer no-shows, depending on specialty and patient base.
Slot recovery from the waitlist
If someone cancels, the engine automatically offers the appointment to the next suitable patient from the consent-based waitlist.
GDPR from the start
PHI AES-256 encrypted, hosted in the EU at Hetzner, documented consent for every message.
White-label, your brand
Logo, colors and domain are yours. Patients see your practice, not someone else's portal.
What changes for your practice team
A patient books a check-up at 9 pm and cancels again the next morning. Here is how that runs with and without TerminJet.
- Booking only works by phone, and no one is there in the evening
- Online appointments have to be retyped into the PMS
- A cancellation leaves a gap in the calendar
- No one fills the free slot, the day stays patchy
- Reception phones through the waitlist manually
- The patient books herself at 9 pm via your domain
- The appointment appears in the practice calendar via interface or sync
- The cancellation is detected instantly
- The engine automatically offers the slot to the waitlist
- The appointment is rebooked in minutes, without a single phone call
Common questions about the PMS interface
Does TerminJet really sync with medatixx or CGM?
Whether direct write access is possible depends on your system, the version and the activated modules. Where a documented interface exists, we write appointments straight into the calendar. Where it does not, we use calendar sync or a structured sync. In the audit we check your specific case and tell you reliably which path applies, with no blanket yes.
And if my PMS has no open interface at all?
That happens and is not a deal-breaker. In that case the booking flows through your form into the engine, and the transfer to the practice calendar happens in bundled form via CalDAV/iCal or a structured sync. Instead of scattered double entry, your reception needs only a few seconds per appointment.
So do we still have to retype after all?
The goal is to reduce that to zero or a minimum. With a direct interface or calendar sync, retyping disappears. With sync only, a short confirmation remains, which is much faster than manually entering every single booking.
Is patient data passed on to a portal?
No. TerminJet is not a portal like Doctolib or Jameda. It is your own instance on your domain. Data is AES-256 encrypted and hosted in the EU at Hetzner, and it stays with you.
Are there commissions per patient?
No. TerminJet is sold as software with setup, not per referred patient. You pay for your instance, not for each appointment.
How quickly are we ready to go?
In the launch plan you start with the prepared template for medical practices. Branding, engine rules and the PMS sync are added in the Pro and Scale plans, fully set up by our team.
See the booking that feeds your engine
This is exactly the form that embeds into your domain via iframe and feeds the engine that syncs appointments and refills free slots. Give it a try.
