Online appointment booking on your own website, not in a portal
TerminJet is white-label appointment booking: your customers book, reschedule and cancel at booking.your-domain.com, in your brand. No marketplace, no commission, no competitors alongside you. Customers and data stay with you, hosted in Germany.

In a portal you are an entry. On your website you are the brand.
Marketplaces like Doctolib, Treatwell or Shore bring reach, but they put your competitors right next to you, take a cut of every booking and keep the customer relationship. With TerminJet the booking runs on your own domain. Anyone who has been to you once comes back to you, not to the next hit in the directory.

Online appointment booking that does not stop at the booking
White-label in your design
Logo, colours, fonts, your wording. The booking flow looks like part of your website, not like third-party software in a frame. No media break, no jump to an off-site portal page.
On your own domain
The booking runs on a subdomain like booking.your-domain.com or embedded in an existing page. SEO, trust and recognition stay with your brand instead of the marketplace.
Reschedule instead of calling
Customers reschedule and cancel within your rules themselves. That takes load off the phone and the front desk and reduces the number of appointments lost in the no man's land between call and callback.
Freed-up slots get refilled
If someone cancels at short notice, TerminJet automatically offers the open appointment to the waitlist by WhatsApp or SMS. The gap fills itself instead of staying empty.
Routing by appointment type
Intake questions guide customers to the right appointment type and the matching open times. An initial consultation does not land in the short slot, an urgent appointment not in the check-up window.
Your customer data, encrypted
Contact data is stored AES-256 encrypted in your own instance, hosted at Hetzner in Germany. No shared SaaS pool with other businesses.
How the booking gets onto your website
- Schritt 01
Try the live demo
You request a demo and fill out a short form. Based on your details we look at how you book today, where slots are lost and how much time goes into the phone. You get a concrete assessment, not a sales pitch.
- Schritt 02
Template configured to your workflow
We start with the finished industry template and set up appointment types, intake questions, rules and texts for your real day-to-day, instead of handing you an empty toolkit.
- Schritt 03
White-label brought onto your domain
The booking and rescheduling flow comes in your design at booking.your-domain.com or as an iframe in your existing page. A single code snippet is enough for the embed.
- Schritt 04
Looked after by an agency in Germany
We do not just deliver a login. We measure utilisation, adjust rules and optimise continuously. On request we also take on branding and individual customisations.
Your own website with TerminJet vs. a booking portal
Portals are not bad, they have their place for reach. But they are not your website. The difference shows in who-owns-the-data and who-earns-on-every-booking.
| TerminJet · Your website | Booking portal / marketplace | |
|---|---|---|
| Domain & brand of the booking | your own | the portal's |
| Who owns the customer data? | you | the platform |
| Commission per booking | ||

| Hosting location | Germany (Hetzner) | often third countries / unclear |
| Data export when switching | any time, complete | limited / paid |
| Adapted to your industry | Template + configuration | standard form for everyone |
The form feeds the engine directly
No portal in between, no third-party domain. What customers enter on your website lands directly, encrypted, in your instance.
This exact form runs white-label on your domain
Sign up. The entry goes straight into the engine. On your website the same form carries your logo, your colours and your domain.
Your instance, not a shared SaaS pool
Operated in German data centres. EU data protection law, no data transfer to third countries as standard.
Phone number, email and notes are stored AES-256 encrypted, not in plain text.
Each business runs in its own, isolated data world. No mixing with the data of other customers.
Messages only go to contacts with recorded consent, revocable at any time (GDPR Art. 6).
Common questions about online appointment booking on your own website
What exactly does white-label appointment booking mean?
The booking runs in your design, on your domain and under your brand. Customers see no reference to TerminJet or a portal. It feels like a native part of your own website, because that is exactly what it is.
Do I need a new website or does this work with my existing one?
Both work. We run the booking on a subdomain like booking.your-domain.com or embed the form via iframe in your existing page. A single code snippet is enough, the height adjusts automatically.
Is this not the same as Doctolib, Treatwell or Shore?
No. Those are portals with a shared marketplace where your competitors also appear and where there is often a commission per booking. TerminJet runs exclusively on your own website, with no directory, no commission, no third-party brand.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. The data sits encrypted in your own instance in Germany and can be fully exported at any time. When you switch or cancel, you take your customer base with you.
Does this work in my industry?
TerminJet is template-based. There are ready-made templates for practices, beauty and cosmetics, car dealerships, law firms and other industries, which we configure to your real workflow. Which appointment types and rules suit you we clarify in the audit.
How much effort is the setup for me?
Little. We start with the matching industry template and set up appointment types, rules, texts and the embed for you. You get a ready-to-use system instead of an empty toolkit.
