MVZ online scheduling across multiple locations, controlled per location, managed centrally
TerminJet is a template-based scheduling engine for medical centres and large practices. Each location gets its own providers, hours and recall rules, while administration steers it all centrally. Patients book, reschedule and get reminders, and the phone gets a break.

One booking link for all locations is not enough
As soon as several locations, specialties and providers are involved, you need separate logic per location and still an overall view. That is exactly what simple booking tools lack.
- 2-10+
- locations, each with its own hours and providers in one instance
- 5-15%
- of appointments typically end up as a cancellation or no-show
- 1
- central control point instead of separate silos per practice
- 0
- commission per appointment, because it is not a portal
Each location its own rules, one place keeps the overview
In a medical centre, every location runs differently. One has a walk-in clinic in the morning, another only takes appointments by arrangement, a third shares providers with the neighbouring location. TerminJet maps these differences per location and still gives administration a central view of capacity and rules.
Built for multi-location operations, not just one practice
Location choice in the booking flow
Patients first choose the location or are guided by postcode. After that they only see the free times of the providers working there, no appointments from other branches.
Routing by specialty and reason for visit
Intake questions clarify the reason for the visit, the specialty and the urgency. That way a walk-in does not land in a check-up slot, and a specialist appointment goes to the right provider at the right location.
Shared providers cleanly mapped
A doctor who works at location A on Mondays and location B on Wednesdays never blocks two slots at once. Availability follows the real roster across all locations.
Recall per location and service
Check-ups, follow-ups or repeat prescriptions run per location with their own recall intervals. Patients are invited at the right time, without the team maintaining lists.
Automatic refilling of free slots
If an appointment falls through, the engine offers the gap to the waitlist of the matching location by WhatsApp or SMS. The first match gets the spot, and the slot does not stay empty.
One instance on your own domain
The entire flow runs white-label on the medical centre's domain, not in a portal with competitors alongside. One instance, several locations, your brand.
A medical centre with three locations, one cancelled specialist appointment
A patient cancels the 10am cardiology appointment at the Mitte location in the morning. Here is how it goes with and without TerminJet.
- The call reaches the front desk, which covers all three locations
- A staff member manually searches the Mitte location calendar for the gap
- Nobody calls waiting patients, the slot stays empty
- Check-up recall runs at each location as a separate Excel list
- Administration only sees at month-end that the Mitte location was poorly booked
- The patient cancels online, the slot is recognised as free at once
- The engine offers it to the cardiology waitlist at the Mitte location
- The first matching patient confirms by WhatsApp, the 10am slot is filled again
- Recall per location and service runs automatically in the background
- Administration sees the capacity of all locations live in one place
MVZ online scheduling across multiple locations compared
Portals, simple booking tools and TerminJet solve different problems. For multi-location operations, what counts is whether it can be controlled per location and managed centrally.

Sensitive patient data belongs in orderly channels
A medical centre processes especially sensitive data across multiple locations. TerminJet runs as your own instance on EU servers at Hetzner, with AES-256 encryption for health data and documented consent management for the waitlist and reminders.
From the demo to a configured multi-location instance
- Schritt 01
Try the live demo
You request a demo and fill out a short form. Based on your details, we look at each location to see where slots are lost, how much time the front desk spends on the phone and which reasons for visit get routed wrongly. You get a concrete assessment, not a sales pitch.
- Schritt 02
Locations, providers and rules configured
We set up all locations with their own hours, providers, appointment types and recall rules, and define who steers centrally and who only sees their own location.
- Schritt 03
White-label on your domain
The booking and rescheduling flow comes in your design on the medical centre's domain. On request we take on branding, integrations and ongoing development, so patients can actually find the way.
- Schritt 04
Continuously supported from Germany
We measure capacity per location, adjust rules and refill free slots automatically. On the Scale plan we take over the ongoing optimisation completely.
Common questions about multi-location scheduling
Can we set up our own hours and providers per location?
Yes. Each location gets its own hours, holidays, providers, appointment types and recall rules. Providers can be assigned to several locations without availability being double-booked.
How does central control work?
Administration sees all locations in one place, including capacity and rules. Location leads can be limited to their own area. That keeps control central, without each location running a separate silo.
Is this a portal like Doctolib or Jameda?
No. The flow runs white-label on the medical centre's own domain, with no marketplace and no commission per appointment. Patients book directly with you, not in a directory next to the competition.
What happens with cancellations and no-shows?
If an appointment falls through, the engine automatically offers the free slot to the waitlist of the matching location by WhatsApp or SMS. The first matching patient gets the spot, and the slot does not go unused.
What about data protection across multiple locations?
TerminJet runs as your own instance on EU servers at Hetzner, with AES-256 encryption for health data and documented consent for WhatsApp and SMS contact. Data does not go to a portal.
Which plan suits a medical centre?
Multi-location operations with their own rules per location belong to the agency-configured tier. On Pro or Multi we set up branding and the engine, and on the Scale plan we additionally take on custom adjustments, ongoing development and continuous optimisation.
