Let people book coaching discovery calls on your own domain, not through a Calendly link

Prospects book their free discovery call themselves, right on your coaching website, in your name and your colours. WhatsApp reminders cut the no-show rate on those high-value 1:1 appointments. Set up by an agency in Germany.

Your brand, not someone else's

Embed online scheduling on your coaching website, without Calendly branding

A Calendly or Cal.com link sends prospects to a page branded by someone else, on a foreign domain and with the provider's logo. In premium coaching, where you sell trust and positioning, that breaks the experience. TerminJet runs white-label on your own domain, with your colours and your logo. The booking window is embedded as an iframe in your existing website, so you do not have to rebuild anything.

What TerminJet does differently for discovery calls

Discovery call, intro chat and session cleanly separated

Set a separate duration and buffer for each appointment type: 20 minutes free intro chat, 60 minutes discovery call, 90 minutes deep-dive session. Prospects see only the matching free slots, not your whole calendar.

WhatsApp reminder against no-shows

A free discovery call is easy to forget. TerminJet automatically reminds people by WhatsApp or SMS before the appointment, with consent given at booking. On high-value 1:1 slots, every appointment that holds counts.

Refill cancelled slots

If someone cancels, the engine automatically offers the freed-up slot to waiting prospects, one after another, only to people who have given consent. A gap in the calendar turns back into a conversation.

Runs on your own domain

The booking sits white-label on your coaching website. No commission per appointment, no platform account between you and the client. It is your instance, EU hosted and GDPR compliant.

In three steps

From website visitor to a discovery call that holds

  1. Schritt 01

    The prospect books themselves

On your website they pick an appointment type and a free time. The confirmation arrives instantly by email, with no back and forth over mail or phone.

  2. Schritt 02

    WhatsApp reminds before the appointment

TerminJet automatically sends a reminder by WhatsApp or SMS, with consent. That noticeably lowers no-shows on the free intro slots.

  3. Schritt 03

    A cancellation refills the slot

If someone drops out, the engine offers the appointment to waiting prospects. Whoever says yes first gets the spot, and the calendar updates on its own.

TerminJet vs. a Calendly link

Your own domain with an engine, not a shared booking link

Calendly and Cal.com are solid schedulers. For coaches who sell positioning and trust, they miss three things: your own branding on your own domain, the automatic refilling of cancelled slots, and agency-managed setup in Germany.

How your prospects book a discovery call

This is the same form that later sits white-label on your domain. It feeds the engine directly: booking, reminders and the refilling of cancelled slots all run through it.

Frequently asked questions

I already use Calendly. Why should I switch?

If a booking link is enough for you, Calendly is perfectly fine. TerminJet does three extra things: the booking runs white-label on your own domain instead of under calendly.com, cancelled slots are reassigned automatically, and the setup is handled by an agency in Germany with EU hosting.

Do I have to rebuild my coaching website?

No. The online scheduling is embedded as an iframe in your existing website. The look, domain and content stay yours, only the booking part is added.

Does this help against no-shows on free discovery calls?

That is exactly what the WhatsApp and SMS reminders are for. A free intro appointment is easy to forget. An automatic reminder before the appointment lowers the drop-off rate and keeps your valuable 1:1 slot filled.

Am I allowed to just remind prospects by WhatsApp?

Only with consent. TerminJet collects it right at booking and documents it. Sending and data run GDPR compliant on EU hosting, and anyone can opt out at any time.

Who sets all this up?

We do. TerminJet is set up and managed by a digital agency in Germany: branding, appointment types and the engine rules. You get your own instance, not a patched-together account.
