I keep my waitlist on paper. What changes?
The dead list becomes an active mechanism. With every cancellation the request goes out automatically in the order you set, instead of someone calling around by hand.
Can I control the lead time for refills?
Yes. You set the minimum notice at which a slot is offered at all and the order in which the waitlist is asked. We set it up to your specifications.
How much of my time does setup cost?
Little. You provide your details, the agency in Germany builds the rest. You report ongoing changes to us, you do not work in the software yourself.
Is client data safe in Germany?
Hosting is in the EU, data is handled sparingly and on a consent basis. Messages go only to people who have explicitly agreed.
