Frequent questions
Are clients contacted without their consent?
No. A message only goes to people who, when joining the waitlist, explicitly agreed to be contacted via WhatsApp or SMS. Without consent, nothing happens.
Can you tell from the message that it is about psychotherapy?
No. The texts are neutral, no diagnosis, no session details. It is only about a free slot the person can accept or ignore.
Does it run under my name or an external brand?
Under yours. The calendar is white-label on your own website. Clients see your practice, no external booking portal.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the EU. We work data-minimal and obtain consent for every message, in line with the requirements of a Hamburg psychotherapy practice.
