Every cancelled first consultation in Leipzig gives away an appointment another client was waiting for.
Clients book their consultation appointment directly on your law firm website, with conflict check and document upload. If someone cancels at short notice, TerminJet automatically refills the slot from your waitlist.

What TerminJet does differently
Open slots don't go to waste
A cancellation the day before otherwise stays a dead hour. TerminJet asks the next suitable person from the waitlist via WhatsApp or SMS, with their consent, and rebooks the appointment.
Intake before the first word
Right at booking you capture the area of law, the opposing party for the conflict check, and the documents. Your advisers walk into the first consultation prepared, instead of gathering the basics during the appointment.
On your domain, not on a portal
Booking runs white-label under your Leipzig law firm website. Clients see your logo and your address, never the branding of an outside provider.
Supported from Germany
A German digital agency sets up first consultations, document checks, and phone and video advisory to fit your firm. You book clients, not support tickets.
How it works
- Schritt 01
Client books online
Through your website the person picks the appointment type and slot, answers the conflict check, and uploads documents.
- Schritt 02
Cancellation triggers a refill
When a consultation is cancelled, TerminJet recognises the open slot immediately and asks the next suitable person on the waitlist.
- Schritt 03
Slot is filled again
If the person says yes, the appointment is rebooked and everyone gets the confirmation. Without a single phone call from your front desk.
Frequently asked questions
Are clients contacted via WhatsApp without being asked?
No. Only people who have actively put themselves on the waitlist and agreed to contact via WhatsApp or SMS get moved up. Without consent, TerminJet sends no message.
Does the system fit our areas of law?
Yes. The law firm template can be tailored per area of law. An employment law first consultation gets different intake fields than a document check in tenancy law.
Where is our clients' data stored?
On servers in the EU, built with GDPR in mind. With a conflict check and uploaded documents in a law firm, that makes the difference.
What if no one on the waitlist fits?
Then the slot stays open, as before. TerminJet only asks suitable people, nothing is forced. An extra lever, not a risk.
