No. TerminJet is embedded white-label into your existing website. If you are planning a relaunch anyway, the supporting agency handles it at the same time.

What if nobody on the waitlist responds?
TerminJet keeps asking down the list until someone accepts. If nobody responds, the slot stays openly bookable on your website, just as before.
Does this also work for video consultations?
